Wish You Were There

Here's a quick recap of one of my program at the 56th CPSI*.

At the Opening General Session, 400+ attendees participated in a real team building. They innovated an ancient art, created a contemporary suminagashi piece as a group and changed the perception of their ability to think differently.

At the end of the session, each and everyone of the 400+ was transformed as an artist, even for a short brief moment. Many told me later that it was a quick change that would last for a long time.

Here is an option for team building and learning exercise for a conference. They don't have to climb a mountain, build a house or construct a bridge. They can learn this ancient practice and apply their learning to both work and personal life.

Warning: Don't try this at your own conference WITHOUT proper supervision !!!

Be sure you watch all the way till the very last frame :-)
You never know what effect you might have caused in this world.

* CPSI stands for Creative Problem Solving Institute - Annual International Creativity Conference took place usually in June. It is organized by the Creative Education Foundation.
